ConsultingOur engineers take part in investment project execution from the very beginning over entire life span, i.e. starting from development of feasibility studies and conceptual designs and completing with facilities being put into operation offering along the project realization the wide spectrum of consulting services such as: energy strategic assessment and technical multi-optional concept study of power provision for Customer, equipment selection consultations, collecting initial data for the architect and construction design, detailed process engineering, design solutions optimizing, construction supervising, replacing and supporting Customer with his duties and functions, participating in start-up and commissioning works, pre-feasibility and detailed feasibility studies, business plans, technical expertise assessment of finished designed projects, special multi-purpose software development, grid connection optional concepts, supporting Customer during project authority expertise and building permit application, investment settlement advising, logistic and accounting packages, environmental impact assessment and optimisation, advising on optimum maintenance strategy selection, life cycle costs assessments as well as remote advising through operational phase.
We offer project management services including general coordination of all project processes and involved participants. Those services are performed either within complex equipment supply agreements or as a separate project management service settlement. Project management functions comprise all construction and equipment supply coordination efforts including collaboration with selected EPC and subcontractors, monitoring and update of materials supplies and works execution schedule, financial plan compilation and optimisation, supervising of commissioning procedures, facility handover to Customer and public authorities, Customer personnel training.
